Elizabeth Claire Ellie Kemper (born May 2nd, 1980) is an American actor, comedian and author. Best known for portraying Erin Hannon, in the NBC drama The Office as well as Kimmy Schmidt Kimmy Schmidt in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Also, she is known for her supporting roles in the films Bridesmaids and 21 Jump Street. Ellie Kemper was an American actress, best known for her comical characters on The Office, a television comedy program. Kemper's most recent performance, on the film Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt in which she is the lead and has earned her a lot of fame and recognition. Kemper who had initially made numerous guest appearances on television shows started her film career with the 2009 comedy feature Mystery Team where she played a supporting role. The Office made her debut in the world of television. The role was that of the support of a charming receptionist. This role brought her a lot of attention.
